The Village of Holmen recent completed an annexed 941 acres at the intersection of Highways 35 & 53.  Two-thirds of this property has been designated for light industrial, commercial and business development.  This new light industrial development offering will feature all manner of high tech infrastructure, visibility and easy access to Highways 35 & 53 with direct connections to Interstate 90.  The Village of Holmen is located approximately 10 miles north of the City of La Crosse.
