Business & Industry Services, offered by Western Technical College, provides training to develop and retain a skilled workforce. Seminars may be presented at your worksite and customized to meet the specific needs of your employees.

Working in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the University of Wisconsin-Extension, the SBDC at UW - La Crosse provides business advising services, business education programs and information resources for entrepreneurs and small business owners throughout the 7 Rivers Region.

The Supervisory Management Program is a collaborative effort of UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education and UW-La Crosse Small Business Development Centers. Participants can take one seminar or earn their Supervisory Management Certificate. University faculty and cutting-edge consultants bring best practices, interactive and practical content and proven strategies you can put to use at work immediately.

Advanced Manufacturing Solutions (AMS), a statewide initiative designed to stimulate the attraction, growth and development of 21st century manufacturing in Wisconsin, is pleased to announce an exciting training opportunity for manufacturers. The Critical Core Manufacturing Skills (CCMS) is dedicated to providing high-quality skills development to prepare the workforce of the present and the future by giving the tools needed to meet the changing demands of the modern manufacturing environment. The program focuses on 4 skill sets: Productivity Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Team Skills and Adaptability Skills. Each area consists of three specified "modules" which can be offered as a single session or grouped into a customized training package designed to meet your unique business needs, schedule and budget.
